Who said it was time for a space scene? :D

Story: <=- MUST READ )))

What if one day you awake and realize everything is different? What if humanity makes a huuuge step forward and stars that seemed so distant are not anymore? What if sci-fi novels become an everyday life? What if word "Home" now holds a whole Universe instead of a single planet?

What if one day you realize a New Era has begun?



Background:

Some time ago I stumbled on this ([link]) amazing by itself photo. Unfortunately I can't remember the site I got it from. I guess it was this one ([link]). I hope they don't bombard me for using their photo as a stock :D

Anyway, I've decided to make something like a little matte out of this cause this photo was almost screaming from desire to hold a planet in it :D

It took me about 4 days with no rush to complete it and now I'm really happy with the result. Lots of stuff goin on one photo - not my usual style but we all progress a bit :) (how immodest!)

And I wanted to make a piece with two suns for a very long time! :)

Yup that looks really nice. I don't know how legal it is to just take their image, but I personally don't care that much. I mean, it's the government =p
Yeah, it's a great picture. Took me a while to notice the city for someone reason, but it's a nice touch.

About the city - yeah, I wanted it to be subtle and not to stand out a lot :) Actually, this is my first try at making a city :D

Wow, this looks a bit like a cover of a DVD movie :P
Too bad there isn't higher resolution of this (higher than in the .rar). Anyway, looks cool. I like the ';pose' and mix of colours and as always - the space :)

This is very good, except for one problem....The silhouettes are too black...They need some sort of detail against the horizon, especially this close up..IT looks fake being completely black. You know what I mean by what I want? Show a slight trace of the highlights. You should know how to do that. =P
